These projects require the expertise of many professionals, and SANBAG employs the services of a number of contractors to accomplish specific tasks. SANBAG also has goals and commitments to use DBE and UDBE contractors.

02/02/12 RFP 12142 – Joint Solar Power Purchase Agreements
SANBAG is seeking a partner to assist in analyzing potential sites for solar power installations and conducting an initial economic feasibility and financing analysis of each site and in the aggregate. This project will be conducted in two phases.

02/02/12 RFP 12141 – PACE Program Formation, Implementation, and Financing
SANBAG is seeking a financial partner to assist with the implementation of a PACE Program in San Bernardino County. The PACE Program is proposed to allow both commercial and residential property owners to install solar, electric and thermal systems and make other specified energy efficiency and water conservation improvements to their buildings. The Program would also allow property owners to pay for the cost of the improvements, including installation, over twenty (20) years through an annual assessment collected on their property tax bills.

SANBAG is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to assist the Authority with Construction Management services for the I-10 Tippecanoe Interchange Improvement Project.

A Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled for January 25, 2012 at 10 am at the Authority’s office located at 1170 W. Third Street, Second Floor, San Bernardino, CA.

Preliminary “Not for Construction” drawings are available at dfs.aandirepro.com for review/purchase to assist with the preparation of the proposal.

Deadline for written questions is 2 pm on January 27, 2012. Proposals are due at or before 2 pm on February 8, 2012 at SANBAG’s office.

SANBAG is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to assist the Authority with On Call Right of Way Services.

A Pre-Proposal Conference in relation to this RFP has been scheduled for 10 am, Friday, January 20, 2012.

One (1) original plus eight (8) copies of the proposal must be submitted to SANBAG on or before 2 pm on Monday, February 29, 2012.

Questions related to this RFP must be put in writing and submitted to Authority no later than 4 pm on Friday, February 15, 2012. 12/09/11 RFP 12137 SR 210 Mixed Flow Lane Addition
SANBAG is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to assist the Authority with proposed addition of a Mixed Flow lane in each direction of SR-210 from Highland Avenue/Arden Avenue in the City of Highland to the Interstate 10 (I-10) junction. Engineering Services are anticipated to include preliminary engineering, preparation of Geometric Approval Drawings (GADs), and preparation of a Project Report. Environmental Services are anticipated to include environmental studies, consultation with resource agencies, and preparation of an environmental document to satisfy requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Work performed by the Consultant shall comply with Caltrans policies and standards.

A Pre-Proposal Conference has not been scheduled in relation to this RFP.
Deadline for written questions is 5 p.m. on January 4, 2012.  Bids are due at or before 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at SANBAG’s office.
