SANBAG plans and allocates funds for new freeway construction and highway improvements, local street projects, transit service, and much more.
These projects require the expertise of many professionals, and SANBAG employs the services of a number of contractors to accomplish specific tasks. SANBAG also has goals and commitments to use DBE and UDBE contractors.

| 02/02/12 | RFP 12141 – PACE Program Formation, Implementation, and Financing SANBAG is seeking a financial partner to assist with the implementation of a PACE Program in San Bernardino County. The PACE Program is proposed to allow both commercial and residential property owners to install solar, electric and thermal systems and make other specified energy efficiency and water conservation improvements to their buildings. The Program would also allow property owners to pay for the cost of the improvements, including installation, over twenty (20) years through an annual assessment collected on their property tax bills. | 12/09/11 | RFP 12137 SR 210 Mixed Flow Lane Addition SANBAG is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to assist the Authority with proposed addition of a Mixed Flow lane in each direction of SR-210 from Highland Avenue/Arden Avenue in the City of Highland to the Interstate 10 (I-10) junction. Engineering Services are anticipated to include preliminary engineering, preparation of Geometric Approval Drawings (GADs), and preparation of a Project Report. Environmental Services are anticipated to include environmental studies, consultation with resource agencies, and preparation of an environmental document to satisfy requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Work performed by the Consultant shall comply with Caltrans policies and standards. A Pre-Proposal Conference has not been scheduled in relation to this RFP.
