These projects require the expertise of many professionals, and SANBAG employs the services of a number of contractors to accomplish specific tasks. SANBAG also has goals and commitments to use DBE and DBE contractors.

SANBAG is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management and support services.

Preproposal Conference
A Pre-Proposal Conference in relation to this RFP is scheduled for June 13, 2013 at 2 pm.

RFP Requirements and Due Date
One (1) original, eight (8) copies and include a CD or Flash Drive with a PDF version of the proposal must be submitted to SANBAG on or before 2 pm July 16, 2013.

IFB 13002 SR 210 Segment 11 – Landscaping Improvements
SANBAG is requesting sealed bids for SR 210 Segment 11 – Landscaping Improvements

Description: The work involves construction of landscaping improvements including trees, shrubs, groundcover plantings, wildflower hydroseeding, mulch and rock blanket.  Work also includes installation of irrigation systems consisting of irrigation controllers, remote control valves, backflow preventer assemblies, irrigation pipes and supply lines, water meter and other miscellaneous appurtenances and modification of existing electrical and communication systems.

KEY DATES:

  • A Non-Mandatory PreBid Conference is scheduled for April 17, 2013 at 2 pm
  • Bids are due by May 9, 2013 at 2 pm

The Invitation for Bid (IFB), Plans, and Specifications are available for purchase at PlanWell.
