These two programs seek to improve access to transportation services for welfare recipients, eligible low-income individuals, and disabled residents. All details and forms are in the JARC-NF Application packet. Submittals are due June 3rd, no later than 4:00 pm. - Caltrans DBE Certification Workshop - FREE
Caltrans is actively pursuing DBE business participation in projects and procurement opportunities. To qualify to bid, the company must first be certified.
