SANBAG, the City of Victorville and Caltrans are constructing a new interchange on Interstate 15 in Victorville, CA between Bear Valley Road and Palmdale Road (State Route 18) to improve both residential and business access, as well as overall operation of the freeway. Connecting La Mesa Road on the west and Nisqualli Road on the east will provide much-needed relief to the heavily traveled interchanges in the area and improve local circulation in the city of Victorville.
La Mesa Road Detour (Between El Evado and Amargosa)
From Amargosa proceed to Luna Road (approximately ΒΌ mile north of La Mesa)
Head west on Luna Road to El Evado (turn left)
Proceed on El Evado to La Mesa and continue toward destination
From La Mesa proceed to El Evado
Head north on El Evado to Luna Road (turn right)
Proceed on Luna to Amargosa and continue toward destination
(Note: Use Amethyst Road for access to Bear Valley Road)
